Giving notice after a corporation has been dissolved

We would like to remind you that in accordance with Section 11.5 of the Liberian Corporation Act, any time within one year after dissolution, a dissolved corporation shall give notice to all creditors and claimants.

The notice shall be published at least once a week for four successive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the place of business of the non-resident Liberian corporation, or in a location in which the corporation regularly conducted its business.

On or before the date of the first publication of the notice, the corporation shall mail a copy of the notice, addressed to the last known address, to each person believed to be a creditor of or claimant against the corporation.
