Anthony Perea, Managing Director, Headquarters – Dulles, Virginia, US
Anthony Perea is a Managing Director for LISCR, LLC and Director for the LISCR Trust Company. He is responsible for the Corporate Registry. The LISCR Group based out of Dulles, Virginia manages both the Liberian Shipping Registry and Corporate Registry. The Liberian Shipping Registry is the second largest in the world with over 4,200 vessels. The Corporate Registry provides corporate services, entity formation, foundations, limited partnerships, foreign maritime entities, LLC’s, corporations, and other advisory services.
Anthony brings 25 years of experience in corporate services, trust, private banking, and wealth planning. His particular focus is on complex corporate structuring and planning for single and multi-generational high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Prior to joining LISCR, LLC, Anthony served as Head of Institutional / Private Clients – Americas for a global corporate and fiduciary services provider with over 45 offices in 35 countries. While at this firm Anthony was also instrumental in the formation of their South Dakota trust company of which he served on its board of directors as well.
Anthony obtained his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Inter-American University and completed graduate studies in Trust and Equity Law at the University of London. He is a licensed Trust and Estate Practitioner (“TEP”) and a former Director for STEP Miami having served for 10 years on its Board. He is currently a standing member and Board Director for STEP Caribbean. Anthony is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Elizabeth Goralski, Senior Corporate Manager, Headquarters – Dulles, Virginia, US
Elizabeth Goralski is the Senior Manager of the Liberian Corporate Registry. Elizabeth joined the Registry more than 30 years ago in 1989. She has greatly contributed to the exceptionally smooth transition of the Registry under the administration of the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry (LISCR). Elizabeth’s professional focus is providing personalized assistance to clients with specific corporate needs as well as overseeing internal support and training. Elizabeth has been appointed a Chief Custodial Officer of the Custodial Division of the LISCR Trust Company
A native of Poland, Elizabeth worked for major international business companies in Warsaw, Rolimpex and Kolmex prior to joining the Liberian Registry. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Averett University, where she graduated with honors. She also holds an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Northern Virginia Community College. Elizabeth is fluent in Polish.
Theopia Dodson, Corporate Operations Manager, Headquarters – Dulles, Virginia, US
Theopia Dodson joined the Liberian International Shipping & Corporate Registry (LISCR) as a Corporate Coordinator in 2005 and was promoted to Corporate Operations Manager in 2016. She is involved with day-to-day corporate operations, which involves providing supervision, support, and training to local and global Corporate staff; responding to inquiries from existing and potential Corporate clients regarding filing requirements and procedures; and assisting with the development and testing of internal software and database programs.
Theopia also oversees the quality management system for the entire Corporate department which involves creating and updating the internal standards, policies, and procedures, and participating in periodic audits on behalf of the Corporate department. Prior to joining the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry (LISCR), Theopia worked as a Leasing Coordinator for Long & Foster Realtors where she conducted background investigations on potential Lessees. Theopia has a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School and she also received certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor from British Standards Institution (BSI).
Irina Nossova, Compliance and Legal Manager, Headquarters – Dulles, Virginia, US
Irina joined LISCR Dulles office as Compliance and Legal Manager in 2017, with the dual role of overseeing LISCR’s Sanctions and Compliance Program, and assisting the Corporate Department in legal matters. Additionally, Irina serves as Custodial Officer for the LISCR Trust Company and Data Protection Officer of YCF Maritime Group.
Irina’s educational background includes having achieved an LLM Degree in International and Comparative Law with the Highest Honors at George Washington Law School in Washington DC. Prior to that, she completed a Doctorate Degree in Law with emphasis on the Law of the Sea, and a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Tartu, Estonia.
Irina gained some practical law experience in a law firm in Estonia, where she practiced general contract law and later became an Adjunct Professor at the EuroCollege, University of Tartu, Estonia, where she taught courses on the legal systems in Russia. In the US, Irina has consulted private clients in the areas of international taxation and government contract law.
Her accomplishments also include admission to the New York State Bar, admission to the Estonian Bar and an internship at the International Maritime Organization in London, UK. Irina has excellent research and analysis skills and extensive writing experience. She is fluent in Russian and Estonian languages.
Aaron Moore, Senior Cooperate Coordinator, Headquarters – Dulles, Virginia, US
Aaron J. Moore is the Senior Cooperate Coordinator for the Liberian Corporate Registry and has provided administrative support to Executives and Senior Managers of the Liberian Corporation Registry (LISCR, LLC) since he joined LISCR in December 2008. Aaron is an important member of the corporate operations team and is often responsible for resolving areas of concern raised by clients and creating strategic plans for improving customer service. Prior to joining the Registry, Aaron obtained an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Morgan State University and was the Director of Resource Development for Kevon’s Room, a program of Empowering New Concepts Inc., a Baltimore-based non-profit organization.
Felizia Lieber, Corporate Manager – Zurich, Switzerland
Felizia Lieber is the Corporate Manager of the Liberian Corporate Registry’s office in Zurich since March, 2014. Felizia began her professional career with the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry’s (LISCR, LLC) Zurich office in July, 2012 as a Corporate Coordinator.
Felizia works in close collaboration with the US Headquarters and is responsible for customer service and operational support in Europe and part of Asia. Prior to joining the Registry, she worked in the Health Insurance industry and as part of her training traveled to Australia where she strengthen her English language skills. In 2008 Felizia completed her training as a pharmaceutical assistant and gained valuable experience in operations and administration while working for a medical wholesaler. Felizia is also fluent in German and Swedish and also attended schooling in Houston, Texas.
Lea Imhof, Corporate Communications Coordinator – Zurich, Switzerland
Lea Imhof is the Corporate Communications Coordinator based in LISCR’s Zurich office. Being brought up internationally, Lea decided to study International Communications at Lynn University in Florida, U.S. after achieving her high school diploma in Zurich, Switzerland. Her first employment was in a Swiss logistics company in Miami, Florida. During her time in Miami, she also earned her Master’s degree in Business Administration. Shortly after in 2008, she decided to return to Switzerland where her path lead her to the Liberian Corporate Registry (LISCR S.A.) in Zurich.
Having worked initially for the Registry as a Corporate Coordinator, she later became the Corporate Manager in 2012. After dedicating her life to her new role as a mother for a year in 2014, Lea returned to LISCR S.A. (Zurich) in 2015 in her new role as Corporate Communications Coordinator for the Corporate Division. Now, Lea is responsible for overseeing all external mass communications on the Corporate Registry’s website and quarterly newsletter, in addition to creating reports showing current performance results, and forecasting future business outcomes. Lea is fluent in German, English and Spanish and can further assist moderately in French.
