Marina Ivanenko, Senior Vice President, Corporate Services and Global Administration, Headquarters – Dulles, Virginia, US
Marina joined LISCR Dulles office as Director of Shipping & Corporate Services in 2020, after 18 years of full range of in-house legal and corporate work at multinational shipping group – one of the biggest shipowners and shipmanagers. Marine worked in Russia and Dubai, UAE (2016-2020). With her versatile corporate and shipping experience, Marina has the dual role of overseeing LISCR Corporate Department and assisting with various projects related to maritime operations and seafarers.
Marina’s educational background includes Diploma in Jurisprudence with the Highest Honors at Kuban State University, Russia, and Postgraduate Diploma in Maritime Law from Metropolitan University of London, United Kingdom. In her career she has been awarded with two medals in the shipping industry.
Marina is fluent in English and Russian.
Theopia Dodson, Director of Corporate Services, Headquarters– Dulles, Virginia, US
Theopia Dodson joined the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry (LISCR) as a Corporate Coordinator in 2005 and was promoted to Corporate Operations Manager in 2016. Theopia received a promotion as Director of Corporate Services in January 2023. She is involved with day-to-day corporate operations, which involves providing supervision, support, and training to local and global Corporate staff; responding to inquiries from existing and potential Corporate clients regarding filing requirements and procedures; and assisting with the development and testing of internal software and database programs.
Theopia also oversees the quality management system for the entire Corporate department which involves creating and updating the internal standards, policies, and procedures, and participating in periodic internal and external audits on behalf of the Corporate department. Theopia has a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from George Mason University, a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School and she also received certification as an ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor from British Standards Institution (BSI).
Felizia Lieber, Corporate Manager – Zurich, Switzerland
Felizia Lieber is the Corporate Manager of the Liberian Corporate Registry’s office in Zurich since March, 2014. Felizia began her professional career with the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry’s (LISCR, LLC) Zurich office in July, 2012 as a Corporate Coordinator.
Felizia works in close collaboration with the US Headquarters and is responsible for customer service and operational support in Europe and part of Asia. Prior to joining the Registry, she worked in the Health Insurance industry and as part of her training traveled to Australia where she strengthen her English language skills. In 2008 Felizia completed her training as a pharmaceutical assistant and gained valuable experience in operations and administration while working for a medical wholesaler. Felizia is also fluent in German and Swedish and also attended schooling in Houston, Texas.
Sofiana Kontouri, Corporate Manager – Piraeus, Greece
Sofiana Kontouri is the Corporate Manager of the Liberian Corporate Registry’s office in the Piraeus, Greece office since March 2020. She began her professional career with the Liberian International Ship & Corporate Registry’s Greek office (LISCR Hellas) in July 2010 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Corporate Coordinator in 2012.
Sofiana’s role in the Registry’s Corporate Department involves various day-to-day corporate activities and overseeing the corporate department of the Piraeus Office. Prior to joining the Liberian Ship and Corporate Registry, she worked in the Piraeus Court of First Instance and in the advertising sector.
Sofiana studied Italian in Siena, Italy and additionally obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business and Marketing Studies from the University of Indianapolis, Athens. Sofiana is fluent in Greek, English and Italian.
Pinar Saglam, Deputy General Manager – Istanbul, Turkey
Pinar Saglam joined LISCR Türkiye office as a Corporate & Registry Coordinator in 2016, was promoted to Corporate & Registrations Manager in December 2020 and received a promotion as Deputy General Manager in January 2024.
Pinar is responsible for delivering registrations, mortgage and corporate services to Maritime and Corporate clients. More specifically, she performs vessel registrations and deletion activities, coordinates and attends closing meetings, prepares mortgage recording activities as necessary, provides Seafarer certification services, accepts and issues legal corporate documents for filing and/or recordation, and provides various accounting-related services.
Pinar has an Agriculture Engineering degree from Trakya University in Turkey and a Master of Business Administration degree from Halic University, Türkiye. Pinar is also fluent in Turkish and English.
