Hilary Spilkin, Managing Director of the Liberian Registry, and Hara Gisholt, Vice President, Business Strategy for the Liberian Registry, attended the Hellenic-American / Norwegian-American Chambers of Commerce 21st Annual Joint Shipping Conference in NYC Wednesday. The theme of this year’s conference was “Life of the Ship”.
