A corporation that was previously dissolved by filing Articles of Dissolution with the Registrar, may file a Rescission of Dissolution to bring it back into active existence. The cost of this consists of the filing fee of USD 150.00, as well as the total amount of all annual fees for the period from the date of dissolution to the date of submitting the Rescission of Dissolution to the Registrar.
When reinstated, the corporation is restored to its full existence and acknowledged as an active Liberian corporation in goodstanding. The Articles of Dissolution will however continue to be a part of the public record of the corporation.
Please contact us at corporate@liscr.com if you have further questions, or need information and instructions with model forms to rescind the dissolution.
