The British parliament is trying to force jurisdictions to create open beneficial ownership registers.
Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man have united to criticize an amendment to the UK’s Financial Services bill, that would force them and British overseas territories to reveal the ultimate beneficial owners of companies registered on the islands.
