A Liberian corporation may choose (resolve) to have a corporate seal. The corporate seal usually includes the name of the corporation, the existence date (year) and the name of the jurisdiction: “Republic of Liberia”.
Liberian Law does not require a corporation to have an official seal. A Corporate Seal is included in a corporate kit, but it can also be ordered separately. Please contact corporate@liscr.com if you would like to order a corporate seal or corporate kit.
