Filing of documents by e-mail


In order to facilitate same day filing, the Registry accepts complete and correctly executed documents for filing in scanned copy format via email.


In order to file by email, the document must either be sent by the corporation’s Address of Record (AOR) / Billing Address, or the AOR must provide the Registry with a written authorization advising us to accept the filing from a designated party acting on their behalf. All other general rules and requirements per our filing instructions still apply.


Upon filing, the requesting party will receive an electronic copy thereof with the hard copy being sent on the same day by courier service. Please keep in mind that the hard copy will merely include a printed off version of the document sent via e-mail. It will need to be clarified beforehand, whether this is acceptable for each party involved.
